Why We’re Called The Outloud Group
If a company name says nothing about how the company works, it is just a label.
Campaign asked agency founders and executives to explain the words, symbols and ideas behind their company names. Brad Hoos shared that The Outloud Group came from a straightforward belief: better ideas emerge when people are willing to say what they are thinking. “Group” reflects the other half of the equation—the creator economy is too large, fast-moving and varied for a one-dimensional approach. It takes collaboration and more than one way of thinking.
“The best ideas happen when you think out loud.”
The Name Is the Working Style
Outloud is not a mascot, a founder’s last name or a piece of agency word salad. It is how the work gets better.
Say the unfinished idea. Question the easy answer. Challenge the brief before the budget is gone. The goal is not to be the loudest voice in the room. It is to create the kind of room where the strongest idea actually gets heard.
