INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN

MANAGER

position summary

Hi. I make things work in a way that's efficient, clear, and consistent and I understand that how I do something is just as important as what I’m doing. I believe that every detail is an opportunity for improvement. I can tell when a small tweak is the best option and when a system needs to be destroyed in order to clear the ground for something new.

I find satisfaction in the completion of discrete tasks but I do not need someone over my shoulder telling me what needs to be done -- I'm here to make The Outloud Group a flat-out great agency that delivers value without any "I'm sorry" message delivered to our clients and I'm going to share my views on how to make that happen. That's right -- I have ideas and I'm going to find a way to get work done. Period.

I'm here to build relationships and deliver outstanding campaigns through key creators on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, etc.  I care about getting every detail right and I'm going to go above and beyond to make sure brands and creators are happy. I understand that approaching the work I do relationally is not only the most satisfying way, but it’s the only way.  After all, influencer marketing’s foundation is built upon lasting relationships.

I'll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Account and Media Planning teams and other Campaign Managers to make sure our clients are satisfied. That's right, I’m creating strategic solutions for executing cutting-edge campaigns, all while following through on all my promises to create meaningful long-term partnerships.

I've got fresh perspectives to share and I'm here to create order out of chaos because that is what I'm passionate about. I'm going to share my views on how to create the best systems for any operational need and I’m genuinely excited when I make a system better than what came before. I'm constantly striving to make things run more smoothly and avoiding any "my bad" moments when it comes to client delivery. I'm excited to crunch the data -- get better and deliver on any opportunity that's in front of us.

The Outloud Group is a small team with big name clients. We're trusted by names like Grubhub, Policygenius, Audible, Dollar Shave Club, KiwiCo and SimpliSafe....and I want to be part of the team where we can build on this success and help our relationships with existing clients flourish.

the nitty gritty

Here's my background and what I've done before joining The Outloud Group team:

-- I'm certainly ready for a full-time role and ideally I'll already be located in

Metro Detroit (including Windsor!, but since we’re in a fully remote world it’s

fair game for me to be anywhere in the US or Canada)

-- I've worked in Operations or Project/Campaign Management for at least 2 years

and I'm hungry to make an impact and take on bigger challenges. My track-record

is strong and I can point to concrete examples of how I've optimized

   organizations

-- I’ve proven that I’m well organized and detail oriented and I’m comfortable

with lots of moving pieces because that’s just the way it needs to be to get

   work done

-- I know how to take best practices and make them work for me without being

beholden to them because “that’s the way it’s always been done”

-- Solving new problems energizes me, especially when solutions aren’t

   straightforward and clear

-- I’m comfortable executing and problem solving in new situations and emerging

spaces where the answers aren’t clear

-- I'm authentic. I'm not okay with promising something where we won't follow-

through, because that's just not how I operate
